The house is set on a 42sqm private land and spreads over three floors. It dates back to 1800 with a magnificent architectural design, and it has been fully renovated to modern standards, while preserving the traditional elements and features of the older era.

Upon entering the ground floor, we find a spacious kitchen with wooden cabinets and the dining area, while there is also a storage/laundry room. An attractive stone-faced arch decorates the wall, while two large windows allow the sunlight to burst into the room.

18 stone stair steps with beautiful iron railings lead us to the first floor, where we find the two bright bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower and 3 large windows, while the second one features one large window.

The second floor is reached via a wooden staircase with a metal railing, and comprises a WC and a large room which is currently used as a sitting area with an office, but it can be coverted into a third luxury en-suite bedroom with a modern fitted bathroom with a shower.

The greatest feature of the house is the 8sqm terrace on the second floor, presenting unlimited stunning views of the mesmerizing sea, the scenic old port and the lovely city of Chania.
