Cookie Politique

1. Qu'est-ce qu'un cookie ?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information to the site's owners. Cookies do not contain personal data unless you have provided it.

2. Cookies utilisés

Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the site to function — for example, remembering your preferences during a session or maintaining your saved searches and favourites. The site cannot function correctly without them.

• kt:favorites:v1 — stores your saved favourites locally
• kt:compare:v1 — stores properties you're comparing
• kt:recently-viewed:v1 — your browsing history within the site

These are localStorage entries managed by your browser — they never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Analytics

We may use anonymous analytics cookies (such as Plausible or Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies don't identify you personally.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties (maps from OpenStreetMap, images from our CDN, fonts from Google Fonts). These providers may set their own cookies as governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Contrôler les cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to:

• See which cookies have been set and delete them individually
• Block third-party cookies
• Block cookies from particular sites
• Block all cookies (this may impact site functionality)
• Delete all cookies when you close your browser
